For charges
of 2000 BF and up:
Type 1- 4/4 Aspen,
Basswood, Eastern Cedar, Chestnut, Cottonwood, Fir, Hemlock, Larch, Pine, Poplar, Spruce - $.040/BF
Type 2- 4/4 Ash, Beech, Birch, Cherry, Hickory, Butternut, Maple,
Sweetgum, Teak, Tupelo, Walnut and 8/4 Type 1 wooods - $.043/BF
Type
3- 4/4 Elm, Red Oak and 8/4 Type 2 woods - $.047/BF
Type
4- 4/4 White Oak, Some Exotics, Specialty Items or Blanks and 8/4 Type 3 woods (White Oak must be air dried
prior to kiln drying) - Please call for current pricing
*The
total board footage for your load is determined by block tally of dead stacked bundles upon delivery to us.
For charges of 1500 BF or less:
If you will wait for us to fill out a kiln charge with smaller loads consolidated from our other
customers then you may use the prices above plus a seperate sampling and handling fee of $380.00.
If you request us to dry your small load by itself you may be charged the above prices
for a load size of 2000 board feet regardless of the size of your load. In any event we will attempt to consolidate loads
and charge the lesser fee, though we can not guarantee a time frame.
All
above pricing includes the cost to equalize moisture content in the load and to condition for stress relief.
For BOARD LENGTHS shorter than 6 feet,
some SPEACIALTY ITEMS or blanks, and BUNDLES NOT SORTED FOR LENGTH *extra handling charges will apply. *To
