MILLING SERVICE PRICING Spring 2007:
FLOORING/PANELING: We will process your rough sawn lumber into flooring or paneling at the following rates based on the total board footage of material you supply to us. Please allow for customary waste due to straightening, shaping and defecting.
Straight Line Rip and Mould ___________________ $0.85/Board Foot
Defect and End Trim ______ at shop rate (call for estimate on your type of material)
MOULDING/TRIM: Pricing is per linear foot and may include a small knife charge. Please allow for customary waste due to straightening, shaping and if requested, defecting.
Custom Moulding/Trim _____Call with (or fax) profile, specie of wood and amount required.
FLAT SANDING: Pricing is per linear foot per side on flat, dressed material (pre planed to same thickness).
To 100/120 Grit (paint grade)_________________________$0.48/LF
To 180/220 Grit (stain grade)_________________________$0.68/LF
