Custom Millwork Rates:
Custom Millwork that we have quoted you, will be charged at that amount. It is all inclusive except for any applicable sales tax. If you are sales tax exempt, you must supply us with an approved exempt status certificate from your state prior to billing.
After you receive our quote and indicate to us that you would like us to begin work, a proposal will be sent to you for acceptance. You may be asked to provide us a deposit which may vary depending on the scope of work and type of materials of the job. Work can begin only upon us receiving the signed agreement with deposit (if any) that was requested.
Unquoted Custom Work is charged on a time and materials basis plus applicable taxes.
Our rates are as follows:
Hourly Shop Rate - $65. per man hour (this includes our overhead costs) Materials – Actual cost plus 12% mark up (to cover procurement and delivery costs)
Please ask us for a quote. This is the only way that you can compare our total cost with someone else’s before you enter into an agreement. While another millwork may produce quality work too, they may take a longer (or shorter) time to do it, and this will always be reflected in your quotes.
